The 'Australian Macedonian Advisory Council' (AMAC), on August 29 took out an ad in the Australian national daily newspaper The Australian, on page 10. The ad (below) expressed the groups displeasure at the "racist" and "nationalist" nature of the Slav Macedonian protest which took place on May 24 in Melbourne .
