However, even in Albania I'm willing to bet the Muslim birth rate is higher than the Christian one.
You would lose the bet, birth rate in Albania,is related to social causes, rather then religious. In rural areas its obviously higher,in the cities lower.
In Kosova and Fyrom the reasons are exactly the same, for example Kosova is a good example of serbs shooting their own foot. All the best jobs were given to serbs, they had the best schools, and the illeteracy of Albanians was generally accepted and promoted from the state, thus the Serb population was concentrated in the cities,on the other side Albanians remanied mostly a rural population, linked to their land and family. In conclusion the "intellectual" serbs (of Kosova) and Hungarians (of Vojvodina) are today dying minorities, the "ignorant" Albanians instead, have now their own state.Religion was never a factor in the whole scenario, saying muslims have a higher birth rate is the same of saying blondes have higher birth rate when Albania is the topic

TirAlb, are you following some peculiar spelling convention which requires you to spell "Serbs" with a lower case "s"?

It wasn't intentional, but maybe a sort of freudian slip.
