Default proto-IE , native Balkanians ???

I found this interesting article , argued by serius Historians and Archaeologists and lately found out that it's backed up by genetics.

It is proposed that the proto-IndoEuropeans were balkanian "natives" , descendants of the Pelasgian agricultures that came from West Asia about 8000 BC. From the Balkans later (from 4000 BC)started to expand in the rest of the Europe and far til India !!! It explains also why the Satem-Centum isogloss curve passes through the Balkans !!

Very interesting theory but i wonder why Wiik considers that the Basque language was so widespread. In his map the region of Basque language includes almost the whole of western Europe and i can't understand how much possible could be that for a language that is today spoken only by 5.000.000-6.000.000 in an edge of Europe. It's also interesting that a Russian rejects the theory that the cradle of Indoeuropeans was somewhere in the Russian stepes.
And,finally,i have the feeling, that soon, some well known <historians> will try to exploit this theory. You know the connection:Balkans, first Indoeuropeans, ancient Balkan people and languages, where else could they be located than in.......come on,you can guess the rest!

Well after the end of the last glaciation (15000 BC) there were three paleolithic settlements in europe who expanded : "Iberians"(West Europe paleolithics) marked by R1b haplogoup, paleolithic balkanians marked by haplogroup I and finaly "caucasians" (East europe paleolithics)marked by R1a.

Later (around 8000 BC) came the "Pelasgians" , the first european agriculturers from West Asia to the Balkans and the neolithic period begun.
