I dont think it will do that.

But at the very least Kosovar independence is a victory for Al-Queda and something they devoted alot of resources to!

and they needed a victory after Chechnya and Afghanistan!

The 25th United States Ambassador to the United Nations.

Also I watched the video and while he was against independence I didnt see anything about sparking Islamic extremism in Europe.
