I hope they havent already secretly exchanged these things.IF not,there should be a huge public ceremony,inviting as many foreign journalists,politicians and dignitaries as possible.Georgievski should be one of the speakers.

No, they haven't. The bones are still in Greece. According to a recent publication in the Bulgarian newspaper Standart, Bulgarian sientists were allowed to make a new gypsum cast of the Samuil's scull which is now in Bulgaria. I think this is the latest news.
