first here is what via means:

t means by way of.
Eg: I am answering you via yahoo answers.

Sometimes people talk about it when they travel like I went to Sydney via Albury (they went through Albury on the way to Sydney)

Or when you correspond with a person you do it via the phone or via a letter.

So the group is called Skopie via Sofia - meaning - the way to Skopie wents through Sofia.

The rapers are from Vardarska, who perform in Bulgaria and have bulgarian conscious. However they use the vardarska bulgarian dialekt and they do it good.

Although I hate rap its good to see Vardarskans acknowledging their heritage. Can you give some examples of lyrics?

its about the friendship between rappers from macedonia and bulgaria, they are attacking some other rappers in the song and insulting them. nice song by the way i like it.
