Well, that to me sounds a little bit too far fetched - light skinned, blond, etc. are Europeans. May be such people were in Northern Europe since the beginning, who knows, but hey Northern Europe is not the only part of the continent that defines Europe and those northern people do not bear the sole right to be called Europeans. As a matter of fact Greeks have been on the continent really for a long time, which makes them no less Europeans but majority of them are dark haired. What about Russians, Slav in general - light skinned, blond hair, blue eyes. Yes, they came later, but don't they look also like your North Europeans? Then from a different perspective - Hitler looked all the way to India and Himalayas to find proof for the true Aryans - tall, blond and light skinned.
