Some mighty real estate you guys got, hope you can protect it as decades go by.
There is no need for them to get Greek permission, they have ampol room to manouvre their commercial ships. Even 50 of them at one time.

I take it you believe that their is an impending threat from the east

This is the current Greek sea territory:

Currently, Greece claims a 6-mile territorial sea and a 10-mile territorial airspace around all of its territory. Turkey claims a 12-mile territorial sea along its coast in the Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea but only a 6-mile territorial sea along its coast in the Aegean.

The very least you could do is to pay attention to what others post..

Had you read the links to the convention provided you would have known of little issues titled "right of transit passage", "innocent passage" and "high seas" which trash this ridiculous claim of permission needed.

I have many swift arrows in the quiver under my arm, arrows that speak to the initiated while the masses need interpreters.
The man who knows a great deal by nature is truly skillful, while those who have only learned chatter with raucous and indiscriminate tongues in vain, like crows.. against the divine bird of Zeus.
