Μήπως να τους στέλναμε κανένα email? Είναι απαράδεκτο!

Επειδή πολλοί βαριούνται να κάθονται να γράφουν,όποιος θέλει μπορεί να στείλει το παρακάτω e-mail:
Dear editor
In the below wordlatlas webpage
http://www.worldatlas.com/webimage/c.../europe/mk.htm
that has as subject the country of FYROM,besides your reference to it as <Macedonia> although this country is recognized by the UN as FYROM,you made a very serious historical error, connecting this country with the history of the ancient Macedonian kingdom. The ancient Macedonians were a Greek tribe,as all the archeological findings testify (inscriptions, coins, names on the tombstones),as themselves claimed and all the ancient historians like Herodotus,Thucidides,Plutarch,Polybius,Livius e.t.c accepted. The inhabitants of FYROM are descending from various Slavic-Bulgarian tribes that settled in the area after the 6th AD century, almost 10 centuries after Alexander the Great's era. They are speaking a language very closely related to the Bulgarian(many linguists assert that it's actually a dialect of the Bulgarian which was denominated as separated language due to several obvious geopolitical reasons) and 100 years ago the 99% of their ancestors called themselves Bulgarians and were considered as such by all the other people. No one serious and respectable historian accepts that the Slav inhabitants of FYROM have any conection to the ancient Macedonians. It's also remarkable that the 75% of the territory of the ancient Macedonian kingdom was located in the modern region of Macedonia in Greece, whereas only a 15% of today's FYROM territory was included in ancient Macedonia. The first capital of ancient Macedonia was the town of Aigai(today Vergina) and later Pella. Both the cities are in Greek Macedonia, not in FYROM,and the archeological excavations have discover there the palace of the Macedonian kings, many other buildings and the ancient cemetery, including the grave of king Philip, the father of Alexander the Great. Thus, your attempt to connect the Slavs of FYROM to the history of ancient Macedonians is at least unfair and proves serious lack in historical knowledge, something that could harm the image of your website in the eyes of the neutral visitors who are well aware on historical matters.I should add also that i am a native of Greek Macedonia and i feel very insulted (as some 2.400.000 other Greek Macedonians) by the fact that the history of my homeland, which was always the bastion of Greece against the foreign invaders is usurped by a country that has nothing to do with Macedonia. They haven't any historical-ethnological right to use the name Macedonia,a Greek name. This appropriation of Greek history implies their further aim, their territorial claims on the Greek region of Macedonia.I hope you are kind and clever enough to restore the historical truth.
Best regards
