Donations Needed for Improvements

Hello everyone,

due to the site going crazy (the traffic has increased tremendously requiring more bandwidth although from previously we purchased a good server to handle this) and the fact that we would like to improve this site for all Macedonians and the rest of the Greeks (to buy software and scripts), we are asking to collect small donations from anyone that can spare anything.

So far only [edit 4] people lately have requested by PM the Laiki bank account for transfer from Greek Banks and other Banks internationally.

We also have credit card, and paypal methods for donations. You can donate by sending a paypal payment to webmaster{AT }macedoniaontheweb.com

Please donate so we can continue improving this site. Just some of our ongoing and one-time costs:

- Domain renewals ($20 us per year)
- Software purchases (gallery, vbulletin forum, ) range in the hundreds of dollars (vbulletin is $30 yearly after the $170 initial purchase)
- Monthly server costs (yearly costs about several hundred dollars and more)
- Server management costs (for support team - monthly cost of $20-$30)
- Other costs associated with improving the site

You can trust us, in a short period of time (less than 2 years) - our members and our server team have made this the best site on the internet for Macedonia.

The Greek government has NOT supported us only Macedonians and Phil-Ellines, so please do not let us down like some have.

So far I have not had any way for this site in the past few months pay the bills it generates.

Either we can go to subscriptions (everyone that wants to participate pays a few dollars a year) or we can have the whole site filled with ads.

After 1 hour at least getting an account, and being charged $5 a month for the LAIKI bank account NOT ONE PERSON has donated.

Guys if you ask for it to be open DONATE now. I cant waste more of my time and money. I can either sell this site or close it down its up to you guys.
