What does this mean in medieval Greek "MHC" ?

Looks as though its pronounced as miha or Greek MHXA....or given the whole word...MIK-ARIN...thats all i can add...what its means, i dont know. Why the interest?

I also did a google. It came up in an Albanian forum, under subject shiptar.

they say that it is an old iscription from an albanian orthodox village in fyrom.The language used is greek but there are also some albanian words in it.
translation:
ana, mihails doughter stays in this mortuary room

Its Byzantine Greek and not Albanian or illyrian who is unrelated to Albanian thats known but the thing is the specifics.
