Talking A year with the Turks

Another western traveller who visited Macedonia in middle 19th century and didn't notice any <ethnic Makedontsi> :

Greeks,Bulgarians,Turks,Jews,Albanians...the inhabitants of Thessaloniki:


Bulgarian language instead <Makedonski> :


The population of Istib(today's Stip):Bulgarians,Turks,Greeks and Vlachs.

If we look at the list of the notable persons that were born in Stip,we will find amongst them Ljubčo Georgievski (at least he remembered his Bulgarian ancestry ,Kiro Gligorov,Todor Aleksandrov, leader of IMRO,Ivan Mihailov, leader of IMRO,Aleksandar Donski

A list of all the peoples that lived in European Turkey at that time.<Ethnic Macedonians> are not mentioned again:
