TB, i think if you want a new, up to date copy, the best thing would be to go to the website www.malliaris.gr . All the others i have searched for are older publications.

The Book IS great.Nikolaos Martis has a lot of thinks to take the Skops apart
(as we say in Germany)in that book.
I bought that book in Greece in 1989-90.But i´m going to get the newest
publication when i´m in Greece next month.
And if you remind yourself when the first publication was (i think 1982)than
you can exactly see how "Prophetical" it is......
