Macedonia in Kolokotronis' memoirs
Thought you might be interested in the mentions of Macedonia by Kolokotronis in his memoirs:
"Their [Klephtes] strength at length became so recgonised a fact in the Peloponnesus, and throughout Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, and Akarnania, that the whole of the hill country was practically resigned to them and was commonly spoken of as "κλεφτοχώρια" - abode of the Klephts" - p4
