Talking about invented Albanian names and <Hellenized> Albanian athletes,i heard about Mirela Maniani that her father was a musician and he created the name Mirela using music notes:MI-RE-LA.

Mirela it's popular for girls, and it's music related IIRC, but I don't know if her dad invented it or not. Is she the one who said once on Greek TV that she gets her strength from ancient Greek women? I cracked up when I read it in an Albanian forum.

There`s no ban from the authorities for the names in Albania...
You can name your son whatever you want....
