 The Piraeus Lion
Perhaps it is my passion for Olympiakos, perhaps the fact that this great stolen monument has been dwarfed by the more important Elgin Marbles, or perhaps because I just feel the great port known as The Piraeus deserves it back. If ever I have any money and some time, I will personally launch a campaign for this handsome beast back to its home port and home land. Your probably having a laugh reaper but if your not, how is such a situation comparable to the elgin marbles? No Peiraiotes ever went to venice and removed monuments there our of self-interest.
