Default Samos and Arvanites

I found this little interesting piece on Samos, it said Arvanites came to Samos from Albania.

So what?It says about 2 families of Arvanites who settled in Samos.I found this interesting excerpt which says that the Albanians are 25% of FYROM's population:

And also this one which says something about civil war between Albanians and Scopians:

Oh, come on, I mean as if its not bad enough that you guys have flooded the place with trash from albanian.com, you can't even quote something more credible than a tourist guide !?!?!

So you found a reference to Albanians, so what?
You could have read the account of Bishop Joseph Georgarinis (1670's) instead of lurking in albanian.com and then you would have known that he identifies their language with that of the Illyrians (there's something for you guys to celebrate about ) but then again, he speaks of their special treatment (priviledges and immunities) from the Porte...

So when you look at it, its nothing really different from the treatment seen towards the Lala and Bardouniotes that the Ottomans had settled in Peloponessos.. wow what a find.

I have many swift arrows in the quiver under my arm, arrows that speak to the initiated while the masses need interpreters.
The man who knows a great deal by nature is truly skillful, while those who have only learned chatter with raucous and indiscriminate tongues in vain, like crows.. against the divine bird of Zeus.

I have to say, one of the things that is pretty consistent on this site and for Skops in general, is our buddy Cabalero and his smiliy faces when he tries to stir the pot. Thanks mate.
