I cut my two-months vacation in rural Smederevo, Serbia only to find that the guys down here are breaking speed of the sound over cuckoo's nest. I mean, I realize that most of you occasionally check the situation here, but............this is a superlative version of the early 1990's...........the damage is beyond repair....pseudonationalism and collectivism at their triumph........."Alexander the Makedonski lead his army to slaughter Athenians", one of several new neofolk tunes...............the dropping of insofar strictly observed usage of "Republika Makedonija" in favor of "Makedonija" only................the exponential rise of the use of Vergina Star..............but one of most pervading trends I noticed while reading a pyle of more recent newspapers is tendency to devote half of news from abroad not so much to the name issue but to construct bad "we good they evil" image of Greece by highlighting agency news about drugs, crime, corruption, poverty (!), ecology related to Greece and Cyprus.

On top of all that, there one have the enthusiastic Gruevski, with his brand new goverment, inthe last phase of shifting from technocrat to unrestrained autocrat of small-minded, despotic type. The delirium goes on...................

Hi, Akritas!Yes, me, "glavom i bradom" ("with head and beard of mine").If I only knew that I will make you so worried I would have called.My egoistic desire to recharge myself with fresh oxygen prevailed, so it seems........but I have a number of fresh new ideas and I'll be working on them begging tommorow. I returned in Friday because Serbia is rather "hot" place to be and so it will stay for a couple of weeks.

But if I returned to a foreign country.One day a Pseudomacedonian will pop out my refrigerator and start pulling my sleeve with one hand and holding a knife against my neck with other convincing me I am one of his stock and that everything from Skoplje to the Pakistan is "ours".And that day apper to be in low digits if something is not done..
