What happened to our Balkan "Friends"? Can't see them around lately!!!

The foreign ministers of the South-Eastern Europe gathered in Bulgaria for a summit, but Milososki is busy campaigning, thus he won't attend.

In the other hand, Mr. Erdogan has "a medical problem with his eye" (probably some judges in Turkey are trying to gouge his eyes out of their sockets) and he won't attend in the Prime ministers' gathering...
