Default Australian Footbal Federation bows to Skopian pressure

The Australian FFA has made a decision to ban Greek Australians from supporting their national team in the upcoming International between Australia and Greece.

Greek fans will only be allowed to bring into the stadium the Greek National Flag, whilst Cypriot, Vergina, Pontian and Byzantine Flags are all banned as they are deemed offensive to Skopian and Turkish communities.

There has been a huge outcry and letter of protest are coming in thick and fast.

Two years ago the Turkish national team played Australia and the Turks displayed illegal Turkish Cypriot banners with the full approval of the Australian Football Federation.

It's sound bad but I think we found a way to show our national symbols in the game. We have doing that many times at the past.

They are going to be policing it in a heavy handed manner.

Greek Australians are being single out, as it has never happened before.

The word jail has been thrown around for those carrying anyother banner than the greek flag. I think this should be made public, someone should feed this story to the greek media.

Mate, they can keep on dreaming if they think they are going to police 50,000 Greeks entering the stadium within a couple of hours...

I, for one, am definately going to bring my Greek flag which has the symbol of vergina on it (looks exactly like my avatar) and I'm not going to try and sneak it in! We cannot bow to the pressure exerted by the FFA in favour of some minority of Skopjeans who would get upset over this... GET OVER IT!!!

As soon as Greece walks out onto the stadium we are expecting 1,000 flares to go off and to delay the beginning of the match, as we expect thousands of Greek flags to be held aloft proudly... THIS IS OUR DAY PEOPLE!!!

Lets not let anyone take it away...

I do not doubt we will have normal sized Vergina's in the stadium (I am bringing mine)

However, we were planning on a 20 x 12 monster banner, and it is this that they are scared of.....

Apparently 70% of the police and security will be sitting amongst us, evicting people for supporting the Greek National Team, in the way they see fit anywhere else in the world.

Although our Slavic/Turkish hybrid neighbours to the north may have some influence in Australia, I'm guessing it is more a tactic on the Aussies part to avoid an embarrassing situation with these Skops.

I don`t see the cops doing anything regardless of which flag is brought in.If your telling me the Aussies can bring in the boxing Kangaroo, the union jack, the Eureka Flag and we can only bring the Greek flag and nothing else then that would be a rascist decision and their would be a big back lash. For whoever is going, (myself included) bring all the Greek symbols and hold them proud, together they can`t touch us!!

Could be a blessing in disguise really, as Australia is becomign a multi cultural hotpot of skata, if the "Australians" fail to allow the Greeks to express themselves freely, not only is it a human rights violation but considering Australia is a preferred destination of Islam and a terrorist target, I think Greeks will finally realise that it is time to migrate back to Greece.

I hope this is true. The Greeks have done so much for Australia I think it's time for the Greeks to go home and allow Austrralia to be muslimfied via Indonesia.
