FYROM Name Issue, latest news

Guys I am just reading articles in the Sunday's newpapers that has as subject the name issue. The majority of them agree in the below thinks

• The name that will be suggest from the UN Envoy might be Nova Makedonija for international usage only.
• Greece want this name to be use in the all international organizations but also and in the billateral relationships.
• UN envoy answer in the Greek demand that in the final agreement would be a severe caution that suggest the UN members to adopt the new name and for billateral relationships. Is for sure that EU, USA and Russia will agree with that.
• FYROM is in the corner because its political intolerance and the growing irredentism.The last hit came from Gruevski and the map at the Delcheff day.
• The meeting between Bakoyanni and Rice will be the most deciding factor for the name issue since UN envoy will be follow the "orders" of the US administration.

What is your opinion ?

I don't know what will happen, but I do know what will not happen. Greece will not drop its demand for a name change and FYROM will not join NATO without a mutually acceptable solution being agreed on. Karamanlis's government cannot go back on their pledges, the angry Greek electorate is more intimidating to them than the ominous comments of the government of Mr Soon-To-Be-Ex-President. In fact, defying the USA will probably be very popular with the voters (both left and right) and Karamanlis knows this.

The skopjians think for some ludicrous reason that the Yanks will bail them out.....This won't happen and Gruevski must make a call.Will he listen to his electorate or does he appease the diaspora skopjians??

Dont count your chickens before they hatch Lakonian. From what I see here their is going to be another republican.. Hilary will not be voted she is a woman, Obama is black and will definately not be voted. America is not ready for a female or a black president so as you see the Democrats dont have a foot to stand on in the presidential race.

I highly doubt the republicans are getting a second chance. Its is of little importance if obama is black or that hilary is a female,America wants a change.
