I went to the Butcher's site. Did I miss something? All I could see was a photograph floating around a map. I couldn't seem to get anything else to show. If that's all they've got, then they must assume that their supporters are brain-damaged!

Didn't you see where the island allegedly was separated from and how the green part (occupied Cyprus) is elevated and returns to its 'rightfull owner', as the intro of very bad quality suggests ?

Well, if I saw it I didn't pay much attention to it so thank you for the clarification. But I will disagree with you on one point: I didn't miss anything. The site is beyond stupid and I would be embarassed to have any association with it. Maybe Nikos (Nikov?) could explain it a little better.

Interestingly enough, while the butcher is promoting the Pan-Turanian ideal and attempts to promote the idea that Cyprus was once part of the region known today as Turkey that has been broken off.

Once again our ancestors throught their myths and traditions prove to have had exceptional knowledge of events that took place in our distant past and manage to suprise us.

We know the myth of Aphrodite emerging from the sea and of course Cyprus or Paphos to be exact was considered her place of origin.
