This is a copy/paste from my Notary deposited statement, which leggally equal to "affidavit" and "can and will be used against you"

It is written in FYROMian (unfortunately, I had to reffer to the "Republic of Macedonia" and that, among others,it is written in the "makedonski language".Its bloody official document,so.........)

It has 56 pages

19 in Pseudomacedonian
17 are translation in Serbian
16 are in English
4 are in Pseudomacedonian: attached sheets with legal statement by the Notary containing Serbian translation certificate, English language expert certificate, statements by three witnesses, my identity proofs, with few personal data i.e. unconvicted etc.

All documents are equal in content.I would gladly like to have made a Greek version but anywhere I asked (Court-certified translators) its from 20-40$ per page (meaning probably 320-640$.Frankly, a little bit expensive, by any standard.Insofar everything costed me c.110 $ for the three copies plus 40 $ for all of the notary services

It remains to be court verified after 3-7 days, than I'll post it somewhere in its entirety, hopefully when I put my scanner in working order.Right now here is only the conclusion of the English summary:

XIX) By stating the facts in previous chapter, to the uttermost of my knowledge, the truth, nothing more, nothing less, without guilty mind or in dissimulation.

I, Vasil Gligorov, as an act of free will, individual one and unadulterated, acting in competency of a history student on University, which is not otherwise affiliated with me or my statement in entirety, do affirm these truths, remaining ready to prove them in case of any challenge, being assured in them as a result of a critical, open-minded study of the matters exposed, that:

Macedonians were and are Hellenes, from their genesis in antiquity to the present day. ”Macedonian” in this single, undivided and non-shared sense is a Hellenic individual directly affiliated with the region of Macedonia in its historic borders, which are more restrictive from the fairly new concept of “Geographic Macedonia”, the later being enormously stretched to the north of the true Macedonia. The evidence derived from history, linguistics, interpretation of archaeological artifacts and other relevant sciences point to this conclusion.

3. The ancient Slavs of and the Slavic peoples derived from them, also known as “Slavs”, and Hellenes, both groups being Indo-European peoples with few loose traces of common I. E. cultural heritage are nevertheless two very separate peoples, with their own characteristics, including separate languages, culture and history including their formation as an ethnicity in different and distant areas, as well as in possession of distinct ethnological attributes, withstanding the certain degree of historical mutual influence on each other which did not altered them.

4. The South-Slavs of Eastern type, known en masse from 1944 to the World as “Macedonians” and which compromise the main people of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, are an artificial, primarily Communist creation initiated by the Comintern and by the dictator Josip Broz and his subservient apparatschiks. The existence of these Pseudomacedonians was first brought by their “recognition”, in spite of historical and ethnologic realities, by the acts of the

illegitimate AVNOJ organization. Many people, primarily conscious Bulgarians and also Serbs and others, suffered by the post-WW II regime in Yugoslavia because of their rejection of the forced “Macedonisation”.

The wrongful Yugoslav intrusion into the 1946-1949 Civil War in Greece is a crime, the motive of which was in accordance with the Pseudomacedonian ideology of expropriation of the real Macedonia.

5. The usurpation of Hellenic heritage and expansionist agenda by the many Pseudomacedonians, including segments of their state, where the fake doctrine of “Macedonism” is an official creed, is not only one of the main generator of crisis in the Balkans, but it is an self-injury of the Slavic Pseudomacedonians to their true, traditional heritages: Bulgarian and Serbian.

I, Vasil Gligorov, thereby, affirm that the victory of truth and reason over the forces of Bolshevik Pseudomacedonism will benefit Slavs of FYROM, Slavs in general, Greeks and all other parties involved in these unfortunate circumstances.

Now, what exactly is this (or rather, what is the point of this)?

In convencial, not tied to a legal terms it is a simply a "statement", in this case " an opinion on academic matter expressed in a serious manner" (according to the FYROMian Criminal Codex, even libel is not a crime if made in such manner")

Legally,under FYROM law" it is an "Averment Pro Se" (statetement containing allegations which is legally open to criticism by the wish of the person which declares it, with the consequent possibility of author being brought in front of court after lawsuit against him, and present evidence that his statement are either "representing facts augmented by logically and scientificaly proper argumention". "obvious facts", "generally known facts or state of affairs" or "a statement in which the person declaring them had sufficient grounds to believe that they represent truth, insofar they are not in conflict with: [ various articles follow: libel against head of state, accusation of criminal act punushable by 5 years or more, unjustified medical procedure] etc)

"Pro se" means "For oneself/Himself" i.e in one's own name


WHY?

I will send copies to several peoples:

-All of my university proffesors, most of them with which I am in conflict about Pseudomacedoniasm" as well as the leadership of the University
-Several journals
-CEO of several institutes for national history
-About 10 authors considered "eminent" which wrote about the "Macedonian" people (excluding amateurs like Donski, Ilyov), most of them active for the last 30 years or so.

By doing that,I am giving them a challenge in a form of "slap with a glove", after that some of them could either sue me, and those in the higher ranks of the University penalize me with internal measures (for example suspend my exams and alike)

Either way:
-If the sue me, I'll present argument for my case,convinced I'll win
-If they make libel against me in the media, I'll sue them and the only way they can win is by proving me dead wrong.
-If they penalize me in the University, I'll seek protection from the Constitutional Court.
-If they keep their mouth shut, they'll recognize their "sciencecide"

Thus,my declaration will win.

Vasiliye you will go to swim in deep waters. Must be cautious.Every body knows that FYROM State and free opinion are not stuck together. In my opinion is to send your Notary deposited statement in EU and Greek liaison offices and US Embassy.

SEPARATE NOTARY CERTIFIED STATEMENT IN FYROMIAN LANGUAGE: 4 pages of statement in 17 points, with certificate by the Notary on the reverse of p.4 (Faximile):

Note: the Notary who certified the document is an Albanian, ex Vice-Minister in the Goverment of FYROM.This is because 5 (five) Notaries refused me as a legalparty, some of them with obvious indignation, because of the fact that the statement denies that there is a "Macedonian" people of Slavic type.

No, Draco, I only used FYROMian laws avaialable on the Internet.The act of giving a statement certified by notary is not a complicated legal affair, like trial etc.

Under the law of FYROM:

1.One should state his name, surname,Citizen Number, adress, citizenship

2.Give the text of the statement, which may be only in FYROMian, in their Cyrillic, the exception being if a text in foreign language translated by "Court certified translator" is, together with FYROMian version, which must not contain anything considered illegal ( i.e. libel, technical plan for a criminal activity, derrogation on the basis of ethnicity).Appart from that, it may state, for example, that Earth is Flat or that Budapest is the capital of USA, any opinion whatsoever.

3.The Notary only certifies the date and place of signing, and that the person who signed the statement is the person whose identity is given in the introduction, with explicit claim in the separate seal that he is not in any way responsable for the statement.

I mean about possible implications concerning issues such as actually being sued or facing difficulties in finding employment.
