They are people that have lived a life of non-existance, they allow people like Stefov to make them believe that they have all arguments and reasoning on their side, that they do exist. They have been brainwashed that we the Greeks are the worlds biggest munipulators they see it pointless in debating with us. e-mail and password must not be the same when you registered in the maknews forum. Unfortunely the administrators give this informations in the FYROMians (Stefou, MODERATORS) and they have the ability to HACK your e-mails.

Although not much in first hand experience with the site http://www.xtratime.com/forum/. I did make a few posts at the request of a member, and his prediction came true. Banned. Very Skopjiancentric. They talk of how offensive it is for them to be called certain names, however, there is no understanding how offensive it is for Greeks to hear anyone call these Slavs Macedonians.

As for Crisco and his MAzola parties with the boys (no disrespect to any descent gay people reading that, of that I am not joking), of course I believe he and his minnions come on and read here. No doubt about it. And of course, they love it, and hate it at the same time as we don't bow to this fool. What a dangerous fool as he is openly promting hate. Even the veils at civility (very few indeed), in my opinion, are extremely weak, and indeed more insulting. Hate does not lead anyone to much enlightenment, so let us not fall into the same trap. These guys are in for more than they bargained for when the Albanian issue resurfaces. Being a fluffer for the Americans in Iraq won't help you much on that one Skopjian boys. Was that insulting, hahah, just kidding, I have to add some levity to the whole mess.

I spent some time reviewing some of the message threads at maknews.com and I must say I cannot believe the far fetched theories those crackerjacks believe in (btw - you did and imathiotis (sp?) did an *excellent* destroying many of their theories with references to verifiable sources).

These are some of the outlandish theories I read at maknews.com:

-the slavs were in Europe/Balkans/Macedonia before the Hellenes and the ancient Macedonians spoke slavic and only adopted Greek as the official language of their empire.

-Ancient Greeks borrowed all aspects of their culture from Mesopotamians, Sub-Saharans, Egyptians. Ancient Greeks should not be given credit for much of anything since all cultural/linguistic aspects of their acheivements have been stolen.

-Greeks today really are Slavs,Albanians,Turks, Vlachs or Gypsies. There is no such thing as a 'Greek'.

-there is no linguistic or cultural continuity between Greeks of today and the Greeks of even 200 years ago

-the ancient Greek coins that say Alexandroy or Philippoy really mean Alexandrov and Philipov

-language is not an indicator of ethnicity but they claim everyone who speaks their slavic dialect in Greece must be "ethnic Macedonian"

-!?! besides all the above crap the most outlandish statement was: if you have a knot on the back of your skull you are descended from Cro-Magnons!?!

The circus leader over at maknews.com is Stefov. He constantly misleads his brain dead followers. As an example he uses the Carnegie Commission's report on the Balkan wars as the underlying source for one of his articles and completely misrepresents the report by claiming it describes 'ethnic Macedonians'. Anyone who has read the report knows that the commission cleary described the slavic population in the region as Bulgarian. The report also states that it was the SERBS who first categorized the slavs in the region as a separate ethnic group for POLITICAL purposes. Of course Stefov overlooks these 'minor'!? facts.

I have been following these clowns on the net since about '95. At first they played the role of the innocent lamb: they implied/argued that they had no territorial (irridentist) aspirations against Greece and all they wanted was to be left alone and to be recognized. In the past 10 years leaders in their diaspora have organized and created all sorts of elaborate websites promoting the garbage we see today. As an example one Josif Grezlovski used to post in the usenet forum alt.news.macedonia. It turns out some years later he wrote a book under the pseudonym 'J.S Gandeto' pertaining to ancient Macedonia. Of course he picked a non-slavic sounding name in order to appear objective. His book is on amazon.com. This just goes to show the length these crackerjacks will go to to promote their agenda. His partner in crime is one Slavko Mangovski, member of the Macedonian World Congress, an organization that has no reservations in proclaiming Greece is occupying the territory of those genetically related to the ancient Macedonians. All these arguments and genetic theories they espouse in my mind resemble the Nazi ideology of the 1940s.

My question is are we seeing the mainstream sentiment at maknews.com or are these extreme lunatics that we should not take seriously? Personally I get the feeling that the lunatics over at maknews represent more of the mainstream than I would have originally believed.

First of all welcome to the forum Xiotis
I think that your topic cover all the know-how skopjan propaganda that recently expressed from the maknews forum. I passed 6 months overthere and I admit that the insults that I took from them were a lot and my patient raised in the limits that I can never imagine should I guessed that iIhad.

Any way, I learned a lot , I learned all those that you said and many more that you can find in this forum .
You (the olds) like Orphic, Perseas, Istor and many others they can give us a lot of informations regarding the Skopjan propaganda in order to expose theirs un-accuracies and lies. Me I am new in the debates , but I am old as about the Macedonia issue.

In your question if we can take seriously theirs argyments my answer is YES. Personnaly opinion because many wll disagree with me. But....the guiders(as I called them) Stefou, Maknews,Yannis e.t.c give theirs guide lines by present the Greeks as the most hated people in the earth and unfortunely there are alot of young Slavmacedonians that they hear them and called them as scholars!!!! We can give the proper answers in an clever way and civilized of course. I am not talking that we are not responce in any kind of insults even and theirs insults are childish.
