Well, only a tabloid can host such articles.
The "author" does nothing more than to reproduce the well known Turkish fairy tale regarding Cyprus. That "Attila" was a humanitarian intervention intented to save the poor Turkish Cypriots from EOKA's wrath. Anyone with a minimal knowedge of Cypriot history knows that this is plain crap. The TUrks paint their blatant invasion as "rescue operation".
The only thing that is partially true (although the numbers are definitely inflated) is that EOKA B was indeed responsible for offensive actions against Turkish Cypriot civilians, that i personally understand, yet condemn. BUt that was only the pretext based on which the then Turkish government proceeded with its imperial plan: to occupy the largest chunk of Cypriot turf possible. Unfortunately for the formidable Turks, one crime does not justify a bigger one.
All the rest is just the well known Turkish bitching and moaning.
