Τουρκοκυπριακή προπαγάνδα στο Λονδίνο

Αναγνώστης της «Νοητικής Αντιστάσεως - www.N-A.gr» μας έστειλε από το Λονδίνο τα παρακάτω φυλλάδια τα οποία μοίραζαν οι Τούρκοι στις 20 Ιουλίου, επέτειο της πρώτης τουρκικής εισβολής!

Πρόκειται για καλοστημένη τουρκοκυπριακή προπαγάνδα. Στο λακωνικό κείμενο με ωμό τρόπο παρουσιάζονται διαστρεβλωμένα τα γεγονότα από το 1960 εώς σήμερα και την όλη ιστορία γύρω από το Κυπριακό. Για παράδειγμα φταίει τους Ελληνοκύπριους για την Τουρκανταρσία του 1963 - ‘64 και ότι οι αυτοί έδιωξαν τους Τουρκοκύπριους από την κυβέρνηση ενώ είναι πασίγνωστο ότι μόνοι τους αποφάσισαν να αποχωρήσουν, λέει ότι σκοποί του πραξικοπήματος της Χούντας ήταν η Ένωσις της Κύπρου με την Ελλάδα και η εξόντωση των Τουρκοκυπρίων την στιγμή που σύμπας ο κόσμος ξέρει ότι ο Ιωαννίδης ήθελε μόνο να εξοντώσει τον Μακάριο και ούτε λόγος για Ένωση (ακόμα και στην εισβολή φυγομάχησαν οι χουντικοί). Νομιμοποιεί την εισβολή της Τουρκίας χαρακτηρίζοντας την ειρηνική και ότι εκτός των Τουρκοκυπρίων γλίτωσε και τους Ελληνοκυπρίους (!) και δεν αναγνωρίζει ούτε την ύπαρξη της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας ενώ θεωρεί παράνομη ακόμη και την ένταξη της στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.

Είναι δηλαδή ένα καθαρό και διαχρονικό κομμάτι τουρκικής προπαγάνδας, ένας ψυχολογικός πόλεμος που συνεχίζεται με αμείωτο ρυθμό και που άρχισε την στιγμή που τελείωσε ο πραγματικός πόλεμος το μαύρο καλοκαίρι του 1974. Ένας πόλεμος που συνεχίζει ως σήμερα, με εμάς να έχουμε, φυσικά, καταθέσει και τα πραγματικά και τα ψυχολογικά όπλα…








Απώτερος σκοπός των φυλλαδίων αυτών είναι να καθησυχάσουν τους Άγγλους και άλλους Ευρωπαίους που σκοπεύουν να αγοράσουν παράνομα γη στα κατεχόμενα κυπριακά εδάφη και υποστηρίζει το ζεύγος Όραμς στην δικαστική του διαμάχη με τον Μελέτη Αποστολίδη.

Πίσω από την προπαγάνδα αυτή φέρεται να βρίσκεται μια οργάνωση η οποία ονομάζεται ”Association of Turkish Cypriots Abroad“ και στην ιστοσελίδα της (http://www.atcanews.org/) κατηγορεί απερίφραστα τους Ελληνοκυπρίους για σωβινισμό και παρουσιάζει φωτογραφίες και “ντοκουμέντα” με τρόπο που να παραπλανούν τους απληροφόρητους και ανιστόρητους ξένους επισκέπτες ενώ την ίδια στιγμή εκπέμπει η ίδια ένα έντονο εθνικισμό, πολύ χειρότερο απ’ αυτό που κατηγορεί τους Ελληνοκυπρίους.





Άρτια οργανωμένη (και προφανώς αδρώς χρηματοδοτούμενη) τουρκική προπαγάνδα… Που είναι η απάντηση μας εκλελεγμένοι αντιπρόσωποι του λαού;

Γεγονός είναι ότι πρόκειται για πάρα πολύ καλά οργανωμένη προπαγάνδα διότι τόσο από τα φυλλάδια όσο και από την ιστοσελίδα γίνεται πολύ καλή χρήση της αγγλικής με (φαινομενικά) ισχυρά επιχειρήματα που πείθουν κάποιον ανίδεο. Ο σχεδιασμός και τα όσα παρέχονται στην ιστοσελίδα, τόσο από (παραπλανητικές) πληροφορίες όσο και πολυμέσα, είναι άρτια οργανωμένα και πρόκειται για αισθητικά πολύ καλή παρουσίαση που είναι σίγουρο ότι τυγχάνει και της ανάλογης χρηματοδότησης.






Αυτό ας είναι ένα (ακόμη…) μήνυμα προς τους κυβερνώντες σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο: Πως αντιμετωπίζουμε την καλοφτιαγμένη τουρκική προπαγάνδα κύριοι; Όχι πάντως με τα γλυκά χαμόγελα της Ντόρας προς τον Γκιούλ…







Εντύπωση πάντως προκαλεί η δημοσκόπηση που υπάρχει στην ιστοσελίδα. Την στιγμή που πληκτρολογούνται οι γραμμές αυτές στην ερώτηση “Ποιος απέτρεψε μια σωστή λύση στην Κύπρο”, αν και πρόκειται για τουρκική ιστοσελίδα, το 48.3% απαντά ότι για την μη επίτευξη λύσης φταίνε η Τουρκία και οι Τουρκοκύπριοι!

A reader of NA from London sent us these 2 leaflets that were widely distributed by Turks on 20 July, anniversary of first Turkish invasion!

This is a well-staged TC propaganda.
We are presented with a twisted version of the events from 1960 until today and the all history round the Cyprus question.

For example it is the HC to blaim for the TC 'mutiny' of 1963 - 64 and that the these event drove the TC from the government while its well-known that they alone decided to withdraw,
they claim that the aim of coup d'etat of Junta were the Union of Cyprus with Hellas and the extermination of TC, when whole world knows that the Ioannidis wanted only to exterminate Makarios and no relation to the notion of Enosis reason for Union (the reason why during the invasion the Junta abondoned arms)
It legalises the invasion of Turkey characterizing peaceful and that except the TC it rescued also the HC (!) It does not recognize the existence of Cypriot Democracy while it considers illegal the integration in the European Union.
It is that is to say a clean and diachronic piece of Turkish propaganda, a psychological war that is continued with undiminished rythm and that began the moment the real war of 74' finished. a war that continues until today, with us having, naturally, abandoned the deposits of the real and psychological arms...




The true aim of these leaflets is to appease British and other Europeans that intend to illegally buy ground in the occupied Cypriot territories and it supports theOrams in his juridicial conflict with Apostolidis..



Behind this propaganda we find an organisation which is named "Association of Turkish Cypriots Abroad" and in the web page (http://www.atcanews.org/) accuses unambiguous the HC for chauvinism and presents photographs and "documents" to allegedly inform the uninformed and foreign visitors ignorant of history while the same moment it emits intense nationalism, much worse than what it accuses the HC for.



Completely organised (and obviously well financed) Turkish propaganda... Where is our answer dear voted representatives of the population?

It is a fact that this is well organised propaganda as seen from the leaflets and from the web page becomes very good use English with (ostensibly) powerful arguments that convince certain ignorant readers.

The planning and what they is provided in the web page, from (misleading) information to multimedia, are well organised and it is an aesthetically very good presentation that is sure that it enjoys a proportional financing.


Let this be (another...) message to the goverments of Hellas and Cyprus: How do we face the well-staged Turkish propaganda gentlemen? Under no condition with the sweet smile of Ntora towards Giul...



In any case, the poll that exists in the web page made an impression. The moment we where writting thse lines, in the question "Who detered a right solution in Cyprus", even if it is Turkish web page, the 48.3% answered that for the non achievement of a solution, its Turkey and the TC that are to blaim!

Το οικονομικο θεμα , δεν νομιζω να ειναι τοσο σημαντικο . Δεν ξερω ομως σιγουρα .

Itis quite pitiful that many nations wants your Hellenic lands, so they make up things that aren't true and completely historically inaccurate. Greece is a land up for the grabs but the only thing that is preventing from the foreigners to moan with the Greek people, is the spirit and pride of the Greeks. Therefore, Greece can never fall because the people behind it is too proud to allow foreigners to take thier land.

That is complete propaganda againt the Greek Cypriot people. The Cyprus is for Greek Cypriots only. The Turks were send their by their government plain and simple. The Turks were and still are the aggressors on that island. They dont belong their and that is a fact. What about all the missing Greek Cypriots from the illegaly occupied section of Cyprus? What about all the Greek Cypriots that were thrown out of their homes and those that were murdered.
