I found some interesting information on this book.
The first one is an extract from Veselin Angelov who says that all "Macedonian Heroes" were actually Bulgarian.

The second one talks about the de-Bulgarization (I've been searching a lot for this) which means that Bulgarians in Vardar/Pyrin Macedonia had to identify themselves as Macedonians instead of Bulgarians. 700 legal trials were held against citizens refusing to adopt the "Macedonian" identity.
