Can anyone tell me in the whole series where does it refer to a Macedonian ethnicity??

None! The Skopjians simply hear "Macedonia was partioned", and get a hard on because it fits their conspiracy theory that Macedonia was partitioned because everybody was scared of the "Macedonians".
