Greeklish

In order to be more effective with search engines, which of the following possible variations of Greeklish spellings should I use?

'Elliniki Istoria' or 'Ellhnikh Istoria'

and

'Elliniki Politiki' or 'Ellhnikh Politikh'

Has the Greek academia generally agreed upon a latinised alphabet of Greek yet?

Its informal and haven't heard anything about any suggestion of it being adopted officially.
I'd think that the first examples would be best since when writting in greeklish, most don't even look at spelling and tend to use iota for everything.

In my uni library there are about 500 books in Greek and they use different ways of spelling the titles in the catalogues. Some still have katharevousa style aspirants etc.
