I agree but its also a reality. Thats why I stress it the way I do. Many individuals constantly say oh no its not a problem but they need to wake up and be aware.

What a joke. We live in a world of Slavic occcupied Macedonia, and they act like we are the aggressors. Even worst is the highjacking of our identity, a real sin, and they act like we did it. They butchered our people about a hundred years ago, and they act like they are angels. They kidnapped thousands of our kids during the 1940s and put them behind the iron curtain, and they rationalized it by saying the kids were Slavs. They call us Christian Turks, yet they are the decendants of Turk/Bulgarians. Yes there are Greeks that have been changed, to them I say come back, you are our people, we don't care what language you speak, you belong with your people, not these charlatans. All these points are true, yet a propaganda war is being waged. No Skops, you will not get a warm water port out of Greece. Why don't you focus on saving your country from yourselves, not even the Albanians are as big a threat as you are to yourselves.

However, I do think that some of the people up the in tiny Republic, in cerain area, maybe be more realted to us than anyone is comfortable admitting. That is from either side. On this, it is an educated theory, but I do think there is some merit to it. Others may differ their opinions, I do not write it to antagonize anyone, Hellene or Slav. I've heard that other than this assinine nonsense of cultural appropriation, the SKopjians are decent people, others have argued that, but I tend to believe it. I can't hate an entire people, especially when I think some are related to us, but this cultural assasination and highjacking has to stop. Look at people like Robert, he seems like a good guy, I disagree with the stuff he says but I do not sense he is like those who stirs hate on some of those Slav sites. He is a regular fellow like most of you.

I can see your assimilation camps right now Skopjians. How long would it take till you try to convince the population they are one of you?

I got 2 pms asking what i was talking about in regards to my previous post in this thread. so Just quickly I will say what I didnt like. I didnt like the glorifying of SS Greeks, Germanotsoliades and the 'all too often thrown about idea that it was a war on greek soil between germany and britain'.

Hellenes in the Waffen SS

Konstatin Kussunis, was born on October 28 1914 in Hellas. He joined the Greek SS Volunteer Company of the Waffen SS in Stettin in late 1944. Konstatin and other Hellenic volunteers saw much action around Breslau, Marienberg, Bromberg, and Danzig. Kussinis while in a battle was wounded at Danzig and immediately evacuated by ship Pretoria to Copenhagen, Denmark. After that he was sent by rail road to the military hospital at Elmhorn.

By the end of the war most of the Greek SS volunteers were also sent to Denmark from Danzig. Most of them settled in Denmark a Scandinavian country for fear with good reason if they returned back to Hellas most likely they would of been tried as Nazi sympathizers or also known as collaborators. But after the war most of the German sympathizers were tried and most of them received light punishment such as very short prison sentences. In fact around three were only put to death. The real enemy to Hellas were the Communists who did as they which they caused much pain and suffering to the Greek people.

I fully agree with voulgaroktonos, the nazis also had that problem that on the one hand they admired the ancient greeks but on the other hand they wanted to conquer greece and its people so they used the fallmereyer thesis which says that we arent real hellenes and that the hellenes are a extinct people. This way the nazis could legitimize that they were killing the descendants of the people they are admiring........

They just wanted to kill and conquer us just like everyone else.....

Hey opinions are opinions I have mine others have theirs. But I dont want to discuss them. It will lead to nowhere except fighting. I would like to consider the case closed. I originally posted the link to my website for those that were interested not for a debate or opinions. I posted the last message just to show that I struck a nerve with Maknews. My opinion on the whole subject is pretty simple. Nobody has the right to invade Greece or any country in that matter. I find the guy interesting but thats about it. World War 2 has always fascinated me in the sense that it was so complicated and so much going on at once. Anyways yeah your right this is not the topic to discuss it. They are good forums for that like Axis history.com if not mistaken , its dedicated to World War 2. We also have discussions on it at Hellenic Life the forum but not too popular of a subject lol.

As for the blonde thing I never read or heard of such a thing. Even though Greeks and Greek Pontians were in the SS it does not mean that they were given equal status. They would of always been second class citizens and thats a fact. Then again Im no expert.
