Adding Images to Wiki - Please read

I have seen some amazing work by BigTakis and Akritas so far on the Wiki! Please visit and contribute if you haven't its very easy.

One small thing though for images. Please please upload them onto our server. We have Gigabytes! of space for images on this site. Thats what we paid for lets use it.

Adding Images to Wiki Steps

1) When adding images to wiki please upload here (http://www.macedoniaontheweb.com/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Upload)first.

You can also see it at the bottom of the wiki where it says Upload

2) For:
Source filename: Browse

Click on browse button until you find the picture on your hard drive (image file on your folder or desktop)

3) click Upload

4) note the name of the file: (example) Image:file.jpg

5) add to wiki text like this:
[[Image:file.jpg]]

thats it! :)

now for large images big ones you can do this
[[Image:file.jpg|thumbnail|200px]]

where wiki automatically makes it 200px for easy viewing and when you click on it the picture becomes bigger!
