my predication is that Albanians will get their way i might be wrong but i think Serbs are bluffing.there is no way they are ready for another war,Serbia is exhausted and without Russia they are nothing comparing to nato 's force.

My guess is that Kossovo declares independence, Serbia cowers, then Turkey, the U.S.A., Britain and Albania recognize it, maybe a couple more (probably Nordic countries) and it stays as is, because Kossovo does not gets recognized by the U.N. as a country (due to a Russian veto, amongst others).

Simple, Isn't it? Hopefully it does not explode, ESPECIALLY FOR YOU.

this is a comment i made in another similar topic...

scenario:
The recognition in the security council is unprobable.But most likely the most important EU states(GB,France,Germany,italy) will recognize Kosovo unilateraly,and lets hope that the rest of the europe will follow,U.S. and many countries of the islamic conference will do the same!
After that kosova will start a global campaign,similar to the one between greece an fyrom about the name,in two or three years after reaching a certain number of recognitions 1/2 or 2/3 of the un members(im not sure)kosova will apply for membership,the un asembly will vote(each country one vote and no veto right) than the calvary will end.However the unilateral recognition of the eu and us is more than enough at least at the first stage,and its much more than places like Cyprus and Taiwan had ever dreamed.
