Cultural autonomy must be granted to Pirin Macedonia within the framework of Bulgaria. Tito has shown

That a Macedonian consciousness has not yet developed among the population is of no account. No such consciousness existed in Belarus either when we proclaimed it a Soviet Republic.

but Im wondering whether the Bulgarian paper in 91 re-created the scene to describe what it would have been like inside the kremlin in 1946


if the quote came directly or even indirectly from the bulgarians, russians or better yet if the soviet state media was present this really is another priceless peice of evidence as is the US state department memo.
