Statue of Liberty, is it a Greek design?

Below is intresting article as about the design origin of the Statue of Liberty.The author Antonios Antonakos claim that the design is originated from the Fotoforos Appolon image.This image located in Corinth museum.
I know the image is a big but any try to reduce the resolution had as result the incognizance to read the article

interesting...of course its a french design drawing on classical hellenic designs but itd be interesting to know if the inspiration was something more specific
