UMD and VISA violated the WIPO Regulations

US-FYROM Slavmacedonian organization UMD continuing the usurpation of Greek historical heritage with the publication of credit cards VISA where they put the Vergina Sun by violated the regulations of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) where it had trademark as Greek Emblem






I am just remind that in July 1995, Greece lodged a request in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for exclusive intellectual property rights to the Vergina Sun.


WIPO approved- overloocking FYROM objections- and trademark as Greek Symbol the Vergina/Sun Emblem. In the below picture you can read the registrations as and the article 6 of WIPO.

I would like to make a complaint regarding the use of a Hellenic Registered Trademark on a VISA card “united Macedonian diaspora Visa affinity card”. The picture shown is a registered trademark of the Hellenic government. This contravenes Article 6 of the Paris Convention of World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) “Protection of State Emblems”.

I hope you will right the wrong on the fraudulent activities of this organisation by withdrawing your support on this card.

The 16-pointed star "Sun of Vergina" as also named re-discovered in excavations as the symbol of the royal Macedonian dynasty of ancient Greece, and which is now being claimed as their own by the FYROM Slavmacedonians, was widely used in Attica during the classical period, long before its adoption by the Macedonian royal house.

The star, identical with the one decorating the larnax discovered in the tomb of Philip II of Macedonia, father of Alexander the Great, at Vergina in Northern Greece, has been found as one of the elements of decoration on at least four temples of the classical era, including two on the Acropolis of Athens.

The 16-ray star as it was designed on the golden larnaka that contained Philippos' remains. That appearance of the 16-ray star is possibly the only appearance on ancient findings.

It looks like they changed it (although Alexander is still there)...
