Question What could it mean?

Does anybody know what the word "caxurnias" (or a similar word) means?...and what wouldbe the cnection between this word and Alexander the Great?

...it doesnt appear anywhere on the internet and so i apppeal to your help..

I don't know exactly , but it sounds like a variation of the word Alexandros Caxurnias .
I don't know if that helps

What do you mean it sounds like a variation of the word Alexandros Caxurnias? What is the connection between them?

I'm not realy sure my friend ...I suppose that since the Persians named Alexander Iskender some other tribe might of altered the name in Caxurnias ...I'm only suggesting a sound variation like the turks made with Istambul (εις την πόλη).

Where do you remember seeing this word? What is the context in which it was found? Presumably it features somewhere in the Alexander epic???

More information will help.

To be honest....I can;t remember where i have encountered this word...but i"m very sure it has to do with Alexander the Great and His possible tomb...I remembered it now that i saw many more discussing about this matter...

....that's why i asked for your help...anyway, i would've give more details if i had remembered...
